Our UV flatbed printer cures ink directly onto rigid and curved surfaces — phone cases, bottles, mugs, plaques and more — for a scratch and fade-resistant finish with none of the peeling risk of printed stickers or wraps.
UV printing cures ink with ultraviolet light the instant it hits the surface, rather than letting it air-dry or soak in — which is why the result is so much more durable than a printed sticker or vinyl overlay. The ink bonds directly to the material, so there's no edge to catch a fingernail on and no laminate layer to eventually yellow or peel. This makes it the right process for items that get handled daily: phone cases, water bottles, laptop lids, desk plaques, and awards. Our flatbed can also print on slightly uneven or curved surfaces using a jig, which is how we get clean wraparound prints on cylindrical items like tumblers and mugs without the print looking stretched at the seam.
