A laser cutter reads your design as a vector file and burns or cuts along that exact path, which means fine detail that would be tedious or impossible to replicate by hand — thin bridges in lettering, intricate silhouette art, consistent engraving depth across dozens of identical awards — comes out identical every time. We work primarily in MDF and birch plywood, cast acrylic, and select thin-gauge metals, choosing material based on whether the piece needs to survive outdoors (acrylic, treated wood) or is purely decorative indoors (raw wood, engraved detail). Any logo or artwork can be converted into a cut-ready vector file by our design team if you don't already have one, and we always send a proof of the exact cut lines before committing material to the laser.
